• Back to Basics: Perfect for the novice! Come learn the basics to step aerobics. It is open to all abilities but focuses on simpler combinations. This class introduces the fundamental steps and combinations utilized in step classes.
  • Boot Camp: High Energy and High Intensity! Using an obstacle course expect lots of running, jumping, lunging, sprinting, and squatting. A class for all fitness levels. Sports based moves and drills to challenge any fitness level. Strength and endurance all in one class.
  • Circuit Camp: Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. This class typically consists of about 10-15 exercises stations completed for 60-90 seconds in sequence with 30-60 seconds rest between.
  • Cycling: This class is great for cross training - high energy but each participant can choose the level they want to ride. great cardio and great leg workout. Cycle in a group setting. Instructor will teach you safe and proper techniques to maximize your workout. No experience necessary any fitness level welcomed. Please bring water bottle and towel to class. Class reservation recommended at the front desk.
  • Dance: A cardio class that incorporates dance moves and routines with aerobic conditioning. A rotation of Belly Dancing, Tribal, Cardio Striptease, and Line dancing. Schedules of the rotation are posted on the aerobics room door or inquire at the front desk.
  • Hi Energy Cardio: An energized fast paced workout recommended for those who like floor aerobics.
  • BAT: 30 minute class designed to target the butt, abs, and thighs. Great for a before or after workout!
  • Kickboxing: The fitness craze that will burn fat and calories. A variety of boxing and martial arts moves with an aerobic flare. Incorporates bag work and punching gloves are recommended.
  • Kickboxing Boot Camp: Whether you want to tone muscles, build muscles, flatten your stomach, lose weight or lose inches -- this boot camp will get it done! Kickboxing Boot Camp is an integrated kickboxing class that uses traditional training techniques derived from the martial arts along with modern personal training techniques based on proven exercise science. This multi-level, multi-impact fitness class requires no prior boxing or martial arts experience.
  • Power Step: A 40 minute advanced step class with advanced choreography and high intensity. Not recommended for a novice stepper and perfect for a lunch hour workout.
  • Step: Step aerobics is a form of aerobic activity which is performed on a platform that usually ranges from 4" to 10" in height. Step training was developed to provide a low-impact activity that is both challenging and interesting.These creative routines build cardiovascular endurance and burns excess fat at a fast rate. A nice variety of moves without complex advanced choreography will keep your body in motion.
  • Advanced Step: With interesting directional changes and no break in intensity, this advanced-level workout starts with a bang and keeps on going until the very end. �The choreography features lots of turns, leaps and backwards steps for a totally interesting, totally unique workout. The steps are presented in a way that allows you to customize the workout. This class is designed for enthusiasts with at least 6 months to 1 year of stepping experience.
  • Power 90 Step: This class has everything! The first 45 minutes are packed with STEP aerobics for a great blast of cardio followed by 45 minutes of strength training guaranteed to tone and strengthen your whole body.
  • Power 90: An express overall body conditioning class. 30 minutes of cardio drills, followed by 30 minutes of full body resistance training, and finishing this workout with 30 minutes of core/stretch.
  • Step & Pump: A mix of step and strength training for the intermediate and advanced student. Followed by an abdominal workout.
  • Strength/Muscle Pump: This 55-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
  • Bones in Motion: This is a program of movement sequences and poses that result in increased suppleness of muscles, joint mobilization, and awakening of sensory motor awareness throughout the entire body. It assists in rehabilitation of joint trauma, reduces or postpones and may even eliminate the need for joint replacement. Together with dietary management, it has been demonstrated to stop and reverse the effects of osteopenia and may stop or reverse osteoporosis.
