Hi, my name is Casey Bonner. Everyone knows that exercise good for your physical wellbeing, and also great for your mental health. Working out has been shown to decrease stress and in some cases reduce the effects of depression. Increased physical and mental wellbeing, what more could you ask for?

Working at the Idaho Athletic Club gives me the opportunity to indulge in my passion for fitness while interacting with the public.
