  • Saturday: 8am to 6pm
  • Sunday: 10am to 6pm

Family Swim Hours

  • Friday: 6pm to 9pm
  • Saturday: 1pm to 5pm
  • Sunday: noon to 5pm

Day Care Hours

  • Mon/Wed: 9am to noon
  • Mon-Thur: 4:30pm to 8:30pm
  • Friday: 5pm to 8pm

Hello, my name is Shawn Lyons. I was born and raised in Canyon County. I have been involved as a member of IAC since 1997 and have been employed by the company since 2001. My goal is simple, I want to provide you with everthing promised on your first visit. If there is anything I have learned over the past six years working in this industry, it's having integrity in my service. Since I will be seeing you in the club everyday throughout your membership, I'd better deliver! So come down and see me and find out just how easy it is to get on this fitness path.
